Program Logistics

Destination: Wilmot Ski Resort, 11931 Fox River Rd, Wilmot, WI 53192

Transportation Pickup/Drop-off: Home Depot - Holt Ave

Bus & Program Schedule:

• Depart: 3:30 PM (sharp) Arrive by 3:00 PM. Late arrival may result in loss of your seat or getting left behind!

• Arrive Wilmot: 4:30 PM

• For those driving, Lessons Begin at 5:00 PM. You WILL need 30 minutes to get geared up so PLEASE arrive at 4:30

• Kids eat free: 6:30 PM

• Depart Wilmot: 7:30 PM (note: if driving yourself, you have the option of staying until the last chair, 9 PM!) 

• Return: 8:30 PM

Transportation & Seat Allocation:

55 Total seats are available on the bus. A total of 25 seats are already allocated for SOS participants. The remaining 30 seats will be assigned on a first paid, first seated basis.

Please note:

• Timely payment secures your seat on the bus

• Late arrival may result in forfeiting your seat, even if payment has been made, as we must depart on time to meet lesson start requirements

• See the attached roster to see who we have saved a seat for on the bus! Once payment is received, we’ll add your name!
